Dr. Deavra Daughtry

Deavra Daughtry is an innovative and diverse businesswoman and community leader from Houston, Texas. With over 1,500 employees, she serves as the President and CEO of Excellent Care Management (ECM). Under her leadership, ECM has trained and employed over 20,000 nurses and caregivers. Inspired by caring for the grandmother who raised her, she was moved to serve the elderly community. In 1996, she founded ECM with just a few hundred dollars, a single employee, and words of encouragement from her beloved grandmother. ECM is now one of the nation’s largest personal in-home care businesses.

She has a deep passion and heart for community. As the Founder of the Texas Women’s Empowerment Foundation (TWEF), a nonprofit organization established in 2003, Daughtry continues to empower global communities through education, mentorship, and opportunity. In 2006, she purchased more than eight acres of land and donated $1.5 million to build and develop the Empowerment Community Center, expanding her outreach efforts and creating a lasting impact in underserved areas. Through TWEF, she has led initiatives focused on business networking, financial education, mentorship, senior outreach, entrepreneurship, STEM education, and the TWEF Urban Community Garden. Her philanthropic contributions include donating computers, furniture, and cars to college students, as well as raising hundreds of thousands of dollars in youth scholarships.

Daughtry chose to elevate her entrepreneurial journey by completing and graduated the prestigious Harvard Business School, Owner/President Management (OPM) program paving the way for other business leaders. She was conferred the honor, 2026 Alumni Trailblazer Leadership Award from Harvard Business School (HBSAAA). This global business award recognizes alumni who have demonstrated exceptional leadership, meaningful community impact and professional excellence.

Daughtry continues to serve the underserved. She is currently expanding her mission through WeCare Homes; a housing initiative designed to provide low-to-moderate income housing for women and families rebuilding their lives. The project coincides with the TWEF Urban Community Garden, which annually feeds hundreds in food deprived communities.

In addition to her extensive work in business and community development, Daughtry also serves as President and Chairwoman of the International Training World Leaders Association (ITWLA), founded by Dr. Myles Munroe. ITWLA is a global organization with a 38-year legacy of empowering leaders across more than 60 countries. In this role, she champions ITWLA’s foundational principles of Leadership, Integrity, Unity, Diversity, Education, and Training, and remains committed to shaping the next generation of global change makers through leadership development and cross-cultural collaboration.

Dr. David M Burrows

Dave Burrows serves as Senior Pastor of Bahamas Faith Ministries International church and as President of its nonprofit both of which he co-founded with the late Dr. Myles Munroe whom he succeeded.

Dr. Burrows is a global youth and family specialist, ministry and business consultant. He has served as advisor to the Bahamas Government as Chairman of the National Youth Advisory Council on three occasions, as a member of the National Crime Advisory Council and as Chairman of the Family Life and Health Council on two occasions and recently as Deputy Chairman of the Prevention of Violence Commission.

He served as Parliamentary Chaplain to the Bahamas Government and holds board positions with Empowered 21, the International Third World Leaders Association and as President of the International Association of Kingdom Churches and Ministries (IAKCM). He has been recognized as a National Hero in the Bahamas, and received the Presidential Lifetime Achievement award from the President of the United States and was appointed as a UN sanctioned Global Peace Ambassador.

Dr. Burrows spent his teenage years on the streets as a troubled youth and experienced a dramatic turnaround in College propelling him into ministry to troubled youth and gang members. His work with gang members was recognized by the Bahamas Government and led to global consultancies in several countries.

Dr. Burrows has published twenty four books including The Laws of Good Success, Following a Legend, Transformational Leadership and Kingdom Parenting which he co-authored with Dr. Munroe.

He has appeared on international television programs hosted by TBN, TD Jakes Potters Touch, Armstrong Williams and others and has spoken at universities and churches in the USA and globally including Oral Roberts University, Prairie View University, The Potter’s House Denver, Crenshaw Christian Center (Dr. Fred Price), West Angeles Church of God in Christ and many others. He has conducted seminars extensively in the USA, Caribbean, Canada, The United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, Israel, New Zealand and Africa.

Dr. Cheryl A. Phillips

Dr. Cheryl A. Phillips, a distinguished native of Washington, D.C., has dedicated over four decades to advancing pastoral ministry and community development. She currently serves as the Senior Pastor of Kingdom Impact Ministries International, where her transformative leadership and vision continue to inspire individuals domestically and globally. Dr. Phillips has excelled in various ministerial roles throughout her career, including Children’s Ministry, Music Ministry, Church Administration, and Women’s Ministry, underscoring her dynamic and multifaceted contributions to faith and service.

In addition to her pastoral work, Dr. Phillips is a certified trainer in entrepreneurship, marriage and relationships, and holds professional certifications in social work and parenting. Her dedication to holistic personal and community development is further exemplified by her founding of the OASIS Community Empowerment and Development Corporation, a nonprofit organization in Washington, D.C. Among her many initiatives, she pioneered a groundbreaking fatherhood program, reuniting fathers with their children and providing essential parenting, substance abuse prevention, and life skills training. Her efforts have left an enduring impact, fostering stronger families and resilient communities. She also founded W.I.M.L.I. (Women in Ministry and Leadership International), a global organization dedicated to networking and providing leadership training for women across diverse disciplines.

Dr. Phillips is a global thought leader, having taught and performed across more than 30 nations. Her workshops, seminars, and retreats, designed for diverse audiences including men, women, couples, youth, and singles, address critical topics such as leadership, entrepreneurship, music, relationships, self-esteem, family dynamics, and community empowerment.

Dr. Phillips’ global influence extends beyond ministry. She serves as a consultant to emerging churches and ministries, holds executive roles within domestic and international organizations. Among the boards and organizations she is a part of, she currently serves on the executive board of the District of Columbia Youth Chorale Legacy (DCYCL), an organization dedicated to arts education and youth scholarships. Additionally, she has served as an adjunct professor at Virginia Bible College and is a distinguished instructor at the Operation Kingdom International School of Ministry.

In recognition of her commitment to global advocacy, Dr. Phillips holds the esteemed title of United Nations Peace Ambassador (WOLMI—ICC) and is a passionate advocate for diplomacy and human rights through her work with the United States Institute of Diplomacy and Human Rights (USIDHR). She is certified in Diplomatic Protocol and Etiquette, Human Rights Education, Protecting the Rights of Children in Humanitarian Situations, and Human Trafficking Awareness. In 2024, Dr. Phillips was awarded the Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award from the Biden Administration.

Dr. Phillips is also a creative artist, having released her solo album, Your Majesty, which she cherishes as a collaborative family achievement with her late husband, Dr. Charles Phillips, and her son, Warren Jones, who contributed as producer, writer, arranger, and instrumentalist. She also led several mixed ensemble musical mission trips to South Korea, raising funds to help displaced people from the Korean diaspora to be reunited with their families. She is currently finalizing the publication of three books, further solidifying her legacy as a thought leader.

With her unparalleled dedication to faith, community, and global impact, Dr. Cheryl A. Phillips continues to inspire and empower individuals and organizations around the world.

DORINDA WALKER

Dorinda Walker has done what most people only dream about — she’s reinvented herself not once, but repeatedly, and built a framework that helps others do the same. As the creator of the Reinvention Code Index™ and host of The Reinvention Code podcast, Dorinda translates decades of hard-won experience into actionable strategies for leaders, organizations, and individuals ready to break generational cycles, reclaim their purpose, and rewrite what comes next.

Her career is the proof of concept. Dorinda contributed to over $100 million in life insurance and annuity sales at Prudential Financial, pioneered culturally resonant marketing strategies that drove brand affinity across diverse markets, and co-founded Expectant Media, acquired by PlayersTV in 2025 where she generated multi- million-dollar brand transactions and opened new distribution pathways for content creators. Today, as EVP of Client Partnerships at PlayersTV, the athlete- and fan-owned media network, she continues building at the intersection of culture, commerce, and storytelling.

Her impact extends beyond the boardroom. As Executive Director of The HBCU Honors Foundation — an NAACP Image Award-nominated television property Dorinda leads the national platform celebrating HBCU excellence, spearheads the annual special on BET, and launched the HBCU Media Futures Fellowship, creating workforce pathways for the next generation while securing major corporate partnerships that bridge culture, community, and career impact. A two-time Telly Award winner, she brings the same standard of excellence to every platform she builds. She is also the author of Protected by Purpose, a testament to the faith and resilience that have anchored every chapter of her journey.

A sought-after speaker and trainer, Dorinda brings a rare combination of analytical rigor, cultural intelligence, and emotional depth to every stage and training room. Bimpe Bamgbose-Martins

STRATEGY FOR MENTORING INITIATIVE AND LEADERSHIP EMPOWERMENT (S.M.I.L.E.)

Bimpe Bamgbose – Martins is a committed and passionate advocate for youth development and mentoring. She is the Founder of Strategy for Mentoring Initiative and Leadership Empowerment (S.M.I.L.E), a youth leadership development and mentoring Non-Governmental Organization, she established in Nigeria in 2011 and United States of America in 2017, to equip the youth with leadership skills, the right values, knowledge and practical insights to lead productive lives and become agents of change in the society.

Bimpe’s dedication to supporting young people, especially the underprivileged, spurred her to establish several initiatives that have positively impacted over 20,000 youths in Nigeria.

Over the past 15 years, her organization, S.M.I.L.E., has launched several high-impact youth development programs, including educational outreaches; the Executive Mentoring Program for Youth (EMPY) for young professionals, entrepreneurs, and social entrepreneurs; the Young Leaders Mentoring Program (YLMP) for public secondary school students; tertiary scholarships for indigent students; career and entrepreneurship development programs; and leadership development and mentoring initiatives.

In 2015, her organization launched the #YouthLeadChange campaign followed by the Social Innovators Forum in 2016, to raise and empower young social change agents. In 2017, S.M.I.L.E launched the Young Business Leaders Network to support young startups, address youth unemployment and promote entrepreneurship as a pathway to financial independence. In 2023, her organization launched the Youth Lovers Tribe (YLT), a network of accomplished executives, professionals, and entrepreneurs committed to mentoring the next generation. Through this initiative, S.M.I.L.E. connects young people with mentors who serve as role models, coaches, and advocates, helping them realize their full potential and actualize their goals.

In recognition of its impactful contributions to youth development, S.M.I.L.E. was granted Special Consultative Status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) and is also an Associate of the United Nations Department of Global Communications (UN DGC).

Bimpe is an astute trainer, learning and development professional, and dynamic speaker. She serves as an NGO representative to the United Nations Department of Global Communications, and is an alumna of Harvard University, John F. Kennedy School of Government, United States of America, an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD), United Kingdom, and a member of the Board of Trustees of the International Third World Leaders Association.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria and serves on the Board of various Non-Profit Organizations. She is married to the love of her life and blessed with three daughters and one granddaughter.
